Elite Executive Assistant

We are hiring full-time Remote Executive Assistants to support entrepreneurs across the US and Europe. In this role, you will partner closely with founders and executives, helping manage both professional and personal priorities, freeing up their time and energy to focus on what matters most.
At Savannah, Executive Assistants go beyond traditional administrative support. You will act as a strategic partner to ambitious founders, investors, and creators, working within a collaborative ecosystem that includes your assigned executive, your Operations Manager, and the broader Savannah Operations Team.
No two days are the same. One day, you may be coordinating a high-stakes investor meeting; the next, designing systems to improve your executive’s productivity. With continuous training and hands-on experience, you’ll constantly build new skills while delivering high-impact support. Key Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize inbox systems for efficiency and clarity
- Oversee and protect your executive’s calendar and time
- Coordinate email, calendar, and task management seamlessly
- Arrange personal and business travel logistics
- Conduct research and prepare detailed reports (e.g., competitor analysis)
- Drive strategic initiatives and support decision-making processes
- Handle complex scheduling, communications, and logistics
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
- Create executive-ready presentations and materials
- Anticipate needs and proactively solve problems
- Collaborate with Operations Manager to ensure alignment and execution
What We’re Looking For
- Highly motivated individuals with a drive for operational excellence
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Exceptional written and spoken English (C2 level)
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency with modern productivity tools and willingness to learn AI tools
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Clear, confident, and discreet communication style
- Comfort working in fast-paced, high-performance environments
- Proactive mindset and strong sense of ownership
- Tech-savvy (Google Workspace, Mac, AI tools)
- Commitment to full-time work (40 hours/week), often aligned with US time zones
- Fully dedicated (no concurrent full-time employment)
What We Offer
- Monthly salary: Ksh 80,000 – Ksh 120,000

Technical Requirements
- Reliable work-from-home setup

- Minimum 8GB RAM (16GB recommended)
